Rosario and Xavier were nothing but amazing for helping in our bathroom floors, tiles, shower etc! They did our master bath and our new baby’s bathroom. From the decor of the shower to choosing floors, they were always there to help! After their amazing job, we decided to do the bedroom floor and closet which involved carpet removal. I can’t express enough how easy, patient, and helpful they were. We will be using them for the foreseeable future on finishing the house. Family run businesses are truly the best! And I’m proud to call them friends now. Any minor issue or concern, they were there to answer no matter the hour! Most trustworthy, reliable family opened company I’m proud to know and use!

ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION, I don’t usually leave reviews but for them, they need to know how much we care. If you decide to go with a different builder then you are wrong! First off, being a Retired United States Marine and contractor myself in a different state, I trust no one to build the way I can see it, but this family business, I would go to war for because they have gone to war for me and made me feel like family from the first phone conversation with Rosario. We knew right then, they were going to be our contractor and life long friends. We have only been in Fort Myers for a year, bought some property as soon as we bought the property I told my wife, now it’s time to find a builder. We were working with one builder and looking at a house the builder was building. Well, XL Homes of SW Florida was building a home right next door and just the outside of the house caught my eye and I had to see more. After I left from my so called builders home, I went next door and looked at the home XL Homes was building and right then I knew, we were already making the wrong decision with this builder. I walked into the home and it was just bones(studs) but I saw the vision and the vision was just like something I would of done. Had to be noisy and look in the permit box to find who was building this home and gave them a call the same day. Best choice of my life, next to marrying my wife of course. I told Rosario what we wanted to do and she said, we can do that. Rosario said, Xavier(her husband) can build anything. From then on, talking to Xavier was like taking to a friend I have had for many years. They don’t over talk you, they listen, and most of all they pay attention to details. You are not just a another number. You are family. I recommend XL Homes of SWFL to anyone looking to have a home built.
