When we moved to Naples 8 years ago, we bought a property with acre of land that came with an old fixer upper house with the plan of remodeling later. Years later when we were ready to have the house remodeled, we had gotten several remodeling quotes. After getting several quotes, it turned out to be not only expensive, but also complex so this is when the idea came that it would be better to build new from scratch rather than remodeling. After looking into several builders, we decided to go with XL Homes. Old fixer upper house got demolished and new house got built and the new house got completed around July 2024. The house that XL Homes has built is a beautiful house, but more importantly, a good quality house and could not have asked for a more beautiful house. It has now been almost a year since the house got completed. Although some minor issues came up not too long after moving in, no major issues have been seen yet. One of the minor issues was that the sprinkler in the front landscaping area kept flooding the front lanai and bc this sprinkler water coming from the well water and not from the reverse osmosis water, it heavily kept staining the front lanai white tiles which I was not happy with so when I let XL Homes know of my unhappiness, Xavier came himself in person with stain removing cleaning products, he scrubbed off the heavy stains himself personally and made the front lanai look nice and white again. I was extremely happy and appreciative that Xavier took care of this issue for me personally himself. Another minor issue was that I was having issues plugging in kitchen appliance outlets in the kitchen. Next thing, Xavier again came himself to the house and he had loosened the outlets for me to make outlets pluggable for me. These two issues were just minor issues, but I was extremely pleased with how XL Homes responded to my unhappiness or concerns and resolved the issues right away. Besides these two minor issues, no major issues have been seen yet so far and couldn't be any more pleased and happy with the new house. If I know anyone who is looking to have house built, I would highly recommend XL Homes, especially Xavier being the type of person who would personally go above and beyond ensuring that his client's unhappiness and concerns get addressed himself in person personally. In 2023 while living in NY I traveled to FL and purchased a lot because my husband and I were planning for the future. We flew back to NY and a couple of weeks later decided we were ready to build and not wait. We flew back to FL and while driving around we noticed a beautiful house being built close to our lot and decided to stop and get the contact information for the construction company. Two days later we met Rosario and Xavier and we just clicked. Rosario and Xavier understood our vision and budget and worked with us to design our dream home. Rosario and Xavier were excellent to deal with. We were unable to be in town for our project. We had carpeting replaced with flooring. XL Homes were on top of every step from helping pick out the flooring to making sure the clean up was done when the project was complete. They sent us pictures at the different stages of completion.
