Rosario and Xavier were nothing but amazing for helping in our bathroom floors, tiles, shower etc! They did our master bath and our new baby’s bathroom. From the decor of the shower to choosing floors, they were always there to help! After their amazing job, we decided to do the bedroom floor and closet which involved carpet removal. I can’t express enough how easy, patient, and helpful they were. We will be using them for the foreseeable future on finishing the house. Family run businesses are truly the best! And I’m proud to call them friends now. Any minor issue or concern, they were there to answer no matter the hour! Most trustworthy, reliable family opened company I’m proud to know and use!

Just recently had our bathroom renovated by XL Home of SWFL. Xavier and Rosie are wonderful to work with, and truly listen to your thoughts and ideas and work them into the design. The workers are also great and curtious during their entire time in your home. And they got it done so quickly! We absolutely love our new master bath and highly recommend XL Homes of SWL! We are currently under contract with XL homes to build our first home and so far we have had an awesome experience with them! They have been very cordial and very professional each step of the way. One thing that I love about them is that they have been very communicative throughout the process keeping us informed on what is going on. We are very excited and can’t wait to move into our newly built home once is finished. For anyone who is looking to build a home we recommend XL homes!

XL Homes is remodeling our laundry, kitchen, living area and guest bath.. so far their workmanship, professionalism and communication have been excellent! Watching Rosario and Xavier work together is amazing, they redesigned our kitchen layout and closed in our laundry area and I can’t wait to see the end results! They listened to our ideas and offered suggestions to make them even more impressive. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and even now I’m planning on more remodeling, can’t wait to work with them again.
