On your Lot Homes

Depending on the size of the lot the client owns we can build any of the models from our portfolio including guest homes. XL Homes can also work on a custom model to fit in the smaller lots that have many limitations. We can assist you if you need help on choosing a lot.

Remodels and Renovations

We can fully renovate your home and add a completely new layout to it or, if just interested in retouching finishes, XL Homes can also assist you. We will take care of permitting and any paperwork necessary for the work to be completed. Click here to view examples of our remodels and renovations.

Customizations

We work closely with you and our architects to customize your dream home. Whether you choose to start with one of our model layouts or design something entirely from scratch, we pay meticulous attention to every detail.
